Off topic but, did you see this: D.C Aims to Retain Homeowners
Ah, I did but forgot about it. Thanks. I suppose it is good for current homeowners. I'm not going to argue with a 5% cap on property tax after the crazy increases we've had the past few years. Do you think it is a good idea?
it's a good idea for current homeowners.
but not sufficient to keep folks that can make enough money to escape the city for the burbs.
i think it actually evacuates some folks to bring in others.
